I have been working with Solarplacard since in 2018. My position is to assist in branch operations for installations. The job entailed ordering placards specific to each customer’s jobs for their county. Reading plans was new for me in this new position so I was learning along the way. Solarplacard was a great source of information with reading plans and also finding errors. They took the time to review my orders. If there was an issue with planset design, values missing, graphics missing, they would reach out to me. Solarplacard took pride in their work and worked with me as a team. Could they have printed placards with the wrong information just to get the job done? Of course. But they did not. That meant a lot to me because it not only saved us money (not having to reprint placards) but it also saved time. Solarplacard was always working fast no matter when I was able to get the orders to them, to produce and get back to me within 24 hours. Most vendors add you to their que and you wait. If an issue arises with UPS, Solarplacard would be on the phone to me with updates Solarplacard is part of our family – they are more than a vendor.
